Marco Antonio Cadena Solis of Finca Estancia is located in the tropical rainforest of Guerrero, Mexico. He’s the savaunt responsible for this beautiful experiment in modern specialty coffee- an anaerobic  fermented, extended naturally dried coffee. With risk comes great reward, and in this case that’s in the form of raspberry, rose, cacao, tart apple notes all with a boozy style finish.  This micro-lot is extremely small and will sell out quickly.
