This blended micro-lot is truly a family affair, coming from three sisters, Juana, Minga Leticia, and Victorina. This washed lot is a blend of their three farms in San Pedro Necta, and is a great archetype for washed coffees of this region. With structured sweetness reminiscent of mineral-forward brown sugar, it is balanced with tart apple and orange acidities.
